Established in 2003, Bella Casa Housing Developments (Pty) Ltd is a South African property development company, based in Waterkloof ridge Pretoria. Bella Casa's strength is build around the experience and expertise of its director who has over 20 years experience in the property industry. The company's principal activities are construction and property development in the predominantly black townships. Other activities include infrastructure, construction, turnkey, project development sales and marketing service, auctioneering services and property valuation. Operations are carried out around Gauteng and any neighbouring provinces where there is work to be done.
